Nothing beats barbeque during the summer than pairing your fare with Cakebread Cellars wine. We are offering this eclectic six-bottle collection to get your grilling started. Spring Panzanella Salad

Spring Panzanella Salad, by Chef Brian Streeter, to pair with Cakebread Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

add the 2010 Chardonnay Reserve to my cart

Panzanella, the popular Tuscan salad, in its most simple form is a salad of the summer's best tomatoes and crunchy bread. For this month's recipe, we have adjusted the recipe by replacing the tomatoes with some of the best produce coming out of the spring garden. It's great alongside a rack of lamb and a glass of our Cabernet Sauvignon. Please Click here to see the video of how to make this recipe.

Cheers, Brian Streeter
