A stellar example of expert blending, this year's mouthwatering Rubáiyat is comprised of Syrah & Pinot Noir, with a tiny bit of Petite Verdot, Petite Syrah, and Grenache. A delightfully fragrant wine with rich scents of cherry, blueberry, chocolate and toasted oak, it delivers impressively concentrated blackberry, plum, and spiced mocha flavors. Rubáiyat�s lavish fruit and soft tannins make it a wonderful companion to a broad spectrum of hearty foods, from grilled burgers, steaks and spicy sausages to barbecued ribs and chicken.

Panzanella, the popular Tuscan salad, in its most simple form is a salad of the summer's best tomatoes and crunchy bread. For this month's recipe, we have adjusted the recipe by replacing the tomatoes with some of the best produce coming out of the spring garden.
